Obtains its configuration only at boot time.
Incomplete interface for dynamically stopping and starting virtual machines.
Unoptimized for multiprocessor.
Lacks interrupt sharing (when reusing isolated device drivers).
Allocates contiguous blocks of memory to virtual machines. We may eventually release our flexible, paged memory support.
