unpack it in /usr/ports and do make install from
/usr/ports/devel/ia64-elf-binutils.

HP IA-64 Linux Simulator (Ski)
The HP Ski
Simulator can be downloaded free of charge directly from HP
(special license agreement required). FreeBSD users might want to use
ports/emulators/ski to install the simulator.
